How to Apply for KSHA Co-Sponsorship

Outside agencies may wish to offer ASHA CEUs for their continuing education events. KSHA is happy to co-sponsor events that meet the continuing education requirements for ASHA.  Any sponsor, organization, agency, institution, or individual planning an education program related to the field of communication disorders will submit the co-sponsorship application to KSHA prior to the continuing education event. The KSHA Executive Director, in cooperation with the KSHA Executive Board, is responsible for evaluation of the logistical procedures and educational strategies, and deciding whether the education offering is appropriate for approved continuing education hours.

All fees are to be submitted with the application and are nonrefundable. For specific rates see chart below. The fee is for the review of the application and does not guarantee approval.

All course-related materials must be submitted to KSHA at least 3 months prior to the date the course begins

$475 for initial course offering
$60 for each additional offering of the same course


If you are considering offering a course for ASHA CEUs with KSHA as the co-sponsor:
1) Read the KSHA Cooperative Course Policy.
2) Contact ksha@ksha.org to begin planning the course at least three months before the course begins.
3) KSHA will draft a Cooperative Course Agreement, which you will review, sign, and return.
