KSHA Awards (due Sept 1)Honors of the Association: The highest honor awarded to an audiologist or speech-language pathologist who has contributed significantly to KSHA and demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession while providing an example of professional excellence. Recipients provide distinguished contributions and service to the field and the Association. Contributions can be related to teaching and/or research and/or service to the profession and active involvement in KSHA.
Speech-Language Pathologist of the Year: An individual who has demonstrated exceptional clinical work and contributions in the area of speech-language pathology.
Audiologist of the Year: An individual who has demonstrated exceptional clinical work and contributions in the area of audiology.
Bill Brady Advocacy Award: a member or group of members who have made impactful contributions to the fields of Speech-Language Pathology and/or Audiology through advocacy efforts within their workplace, community, or at the local, state or federal level.

Special Service Awards: Presented to those individuals who have made a specific contribution to the Association or the profession.
ASHFoundation Awards
Nominate an outstanding colleague for the following ASHFoundation Awards:
Kleffner Lifetime Clinical Career Award for outstanding contributions to clinical science and practice over at least 20 years.
DiCarlo Award for Recent Clinical Achievement
State Clinical Achievement Award recipients and the DiCarlo Award recipient will be chosen for advancement of knowledge in clinical practice as evidenced by significant recent accomplishment within the past six years in audiology and/or speech-language pathology.
Each state association is asked to select one individual from within the state to receive an award for demonstrated contributions to the advancement of knowledge in clinical practice in audiology or speech-language pathology within the last six years. That individual named by the state association will receive a certificate from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation and will be named the 2017 State Clinical Achievement Award winner.
Van Huttum Award for Contribution in the Schools recognizing outstanding commitment and specific contribution to the delivery of services in a school setting.
